Welcome to Body & Weight Wednesday. I have a treat for you today. We have a special guest here to talk with us about what can be behind a woman’s inability to get pregnant or carry a baby to term.
Sarah Clark is an expert on infertility and a certified life and health coach. More importantly, Sarah has been in the trenches. When Sarah was 28 years old, she received a diagnosis of premature ovarian failure. She accepted the diagnosis and had both her children through in vitro fertilization. Years later she realized the root cause of her infertility was a food intolerance.
She is the author of Fabulously Fertile – Supercharge your Fertility Naturally and the Fabulously Fertile Cookbook. She has a full fertility coaching program, which includes functional lab testing and supports couples to make diet and lifestyle changes that dramatically improve the chances of a healthy pregnancy and baby!

Here are some of the questions I asked:
Can you tell us a little about your passion to help people with fertility issues?
Is there a most common issue at the root of infertility?
I read your article about how depression and anxiety can impact fertility. Can you talk more about that?
What else can you tell us about the mind-body connection?
My Ph.D. dissertation was in part on the prolactin lowering effects of Vitex. Are you familiar with that herb and do you think it has a role in the treatment of infertility?
I am now more focused on how subconscious beliefs create our reality. In my work, I identify the subconscious programs that are behind people’s problems and delete them. I haven’t worked with infertile women, but could imagine that beliefs like
- My child will be deformed
- I am not capable of taking care of a child
- I am a bad mother
- The world is not safe for children
…or others could manifest as infertility. What do you think?
The infertility problem can makes couple sad and depressed. This article about “Best ivf centre in India” has listed the best IVF centers in Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and also mentioned the IVF treatment cost. This article also contains causes of infertility.
